Mental Skills Training Is…
…the science of excellence, not issues
…building mental skills that have been proven to improve sport performance
…learning to put in mental reps, like strength training for the mind
…mastering the ability to be Confident, Focused, and In Control Under Pressure
The goal of Mental Skills Training is to help athletes compete at their best more consistently.
Incorporating Mental Skills Training adds another dimension of instruction that goes beyond the moves, shots, conditioning, and game strategies and actually works on developing an athlete’s mental game. It focuses on helping athletes make effective preparation, thinking, and execution successful habits.
