Preseason Program 2010

OPTION 1: Register and Pay Online

Click here to register and pay online. You still must either sign and mail in the release form or bring it to the camp/league

OPTION 2: Register and Pay In Person

Fill out the application form and release form and drop off at the Nate Smith Basketball School Gymnasium 819 Greenbag Rd, Morgantown (Below Chippy’s Transmission Service) between the hours of 3pm-8pm Mon.-Fri. and 11am-7pm Sundays. Application can be dropped in the drop box on the door after hours. Please designate on your application and release form whether you plan on attending a camp or the Fall Fun League

OPTION 3: Print and Mail In Registration

Mail application form and release form to the Nate Smith Basketball School, LLC, 316 Dairy Lane Morgantown, WV 26508.  Please designate on your application and release form whether you plan on attending PSP 2010 or another NSBS event.
